Your tasks
7. Design of innovative flight guidance algorithms for complex missile systems.
8. Analysis and optimization of flight guidance systems using state-of-the-art metrics, methods and specific tools.
9. Modeling of complex mathematical representations of missile and air defense systems for algorithm development and verification of system design.
10. Derivation of system dynamic requirements for subsystems from the perspective of algorithm development, taking into account all decisive influencing factors and their interactions.
11. Proof of the required system performance through simulation and validation of the results using real test results.
12. Participation in trials and flight tests to support system validation.
13. Preparation of well-founded studies on new technologies, standards and their application in the field.
14. Documentation of development results in accordance with our business system and presentation to internal and external experts.
15. Collaboration with universities and research institutes to broaden technological horizons.
Your profile
16. Degree (e.g. Master's or Diploma) or doctorate in a relevant technical or scientific field (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mathematics, aerospace engineering).
17. Knowledge and application of Matlab/Simulink at an advanced level for the development and analysis of control systems.
18. Ability in the programming language C/C++ for the implementation and verification of algorithms.
19. Experience in the technology field of artificial intelligence and the associated tool landscape is a definite plus.
20. Willingness to collaborate across disciplines and actively share knowledge within a team.
21. Communication of complex technical issues in a clear and target group-oriented manner (e.g. in presentations and discussions).
22. Language skills in German and English for reliable documentation and coordination in an international environment.
