Description
* Lead downstream work packages and troubleshoot within process transfer and lifecycle projects, preparing documentation for regulatory submissions and providing updates to stakeholders
* Develop and implement concepts in Manufacturing Science Drug Substance, ensuring alignment across disciplines and global sites
* Act as a Subject Matter Expert, representing key scientific areas, driving decisions, and fostering collaboration with internal and external partners worldwide
* Contribute to building laboratory team capabilities and promote a collaborative, innovative team culture
Profile
* PhD with initial relevant experience or Master's degree with several years of industrial experience in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, or Chemistry
* Deep technical expertise in downstream processing for mammalian cell processes, including scale-up/scale-down methodologies; proficiency in Design of Experiments (DoE) and statistical approaches is essential
* Experience in process transfer or commercial manufacturing is a plus
* Strong leadership and influencing skills in cross-functional teams
* Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with flexibility to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
* Outstanding communication skills in English, both oral and written, with strong technical documentation capabilities
