To strengthen our Sales Controlling & Business Intelligence department, we are looking for an experienced software developer (m/f/d) specializing in data warehousing and automation solutions. In this position, you will play a key role in the further development of complex DWH and BI systems and actively contribute to shaping modern software architectures.

Your tasks:
* Independent further development and optimization of the data warehouse and the associated automation solutions in close coordination with DWH architects
* Ensuring high code and result quality through structured testing procedures such as Test Driven Development (TDD), unit and integration tests.
* Responsibility for the stability, performance, security and technical feasibility of the developed software solutions
* Modernization and optimization of existing codebase according to current software engineering standards (Clean Code, SOLID, CI/CD)
* Independent execution of architectural adjustments, porting, and new developments in response to technological, systemic, or infrastructural changes.
* Evaluation, piloting and implementation of new tools, technologies and methods in the field of software development and data warehousing.
* Participation in data and BI projects: Conception, development and targeted implementation of own work packages with active professional input.
* Proactive coordination with internal stakeholders and external service providers
Your qualifications:
* Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or mathematics (diploma/master's degree) or comparable training as an IT specialist
* Professional experience as a software developer, software engineer, or software architect
* Excellent knowledge of C# (.NET) and SQL / T SQL, ideally complemented by Python.
* Experience with modern software development and deployment: Clean Code, SOLID, Design Patterns, TDD, CI/CD and version control
* Knowledge of software and data architectures, preferably in the data warehouse and BI environment (ETL)
* Experience with SSIS, cloud deployments, and agentic coding is advantageous.
* Analytical thinking, a high degree of personal responsibility, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
