As a Sales Director PSS here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization by leading a team of highly skilled sales professionals and collaborating with various departments to drive the sales of our complex application and system solutions. You will report directly to our Regional Sales Director PSS and youu2019ll work out of our Ratingen location on a Remote work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization by developing and implementing strategies to meet sales targets, providing technical expertise, and fostering strong customer relationships. THE BUSINESS UNIT PSS is a global business that delivers digitally connected solutions for workers that help customers shorten fulfillment times, improve operational efficiency and accuracy, increase worker productivity, lower cost-per-package-shipped, and alleviate bottlenecks in the supply chain operations. PSS mobility devices, printers, scanners, voice technology, and vision solutions supported by software and services enhance worker productivity and allow organizations to collect and leverage critical data about their operations. Main verticals for PSS include transportation, logistics and warehousing, and retail. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions. YOU MUST HAVE 8 years of transferrable experience in sales. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles. Strong technical background in application and systems engineering. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Passion for sales and achieving results.
