Are you ready to lead the charge into new markets and make a real impact on our growth journey?
We're looking for someone to lead Ventura's expansion into new markets. This is a key leadership role with real impact: you'll work closely with our marketing team to shape and execute strategies that bring Ventura to new audiences.
If you're hands-on, entrepreneurial, and know how group travel works in your region, we want to hear from you.
On daily basis you will
1. Lead the launch and growth of Ventura in new source markets
2. Work side by side with marketing to adapt and implement campaigns that work
3. Take ownership of big goals — but also help with small tasks when needed
4. Bring in your knowledge of group travel customers and buying behavior
5. Learn new tools and systems quickly (CRM, analytics, etc.)
6. Adapt your way of working to match how Ventura operates: fast, lean, direct
7. Make sure everything you do drives results and real growth
The basics that you bring along
8. Strong understanding of the group travel industry in your region
9. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and processes
10. Clear, direct communication style
11. Experience working independently and owning outcomes
12. A proactive, curious mindset — you look for opportunities and act on them
13. Willingness to get your hands dirty in the early phases
14. You enjoy working with people and contribute to a positive team culture

15. Familiarity with marketing campaigns and tools like HubSpot
16. Experience launching or growing a business in a new market
