* Support the team in the collection, analysis, and visualization of data related to project performance and operational efficiency.
* Assist in the monitoring of OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) and help track progress of ongoing transformation initiatives.
* Prepare regular updates and reports based on project and process KPIs to support decision-making by senior management.

1. Workshop Preparation & Follow-up
* Assist in the planning, coordination, and documentation of workshops, meetings, and cross-functional exchange formats.
* Prepare presentations, agendas, and materials for workshops with various stakeholders across the organization.
* Summarize key outcomes, derive action items, and support in the follow-up of workshop results and decisions.

1. Process Documentation & Knowledge Management
* Help document and maintain End2End processes, guidelines, and internal standards.
* Contribute to the maintenance and further development of the internal Process Knowledge Platform (based on Power Apps), ensuring usability and up-to-date content.
* Support the updating of internal documentation to reflect legal compliance and process changes.
* Participate in the continuous improvement of processes by gathering user feedback and identifying optimization opportunities.

1. Cross-Functional Coordination
* Collaborate with teams across departments to support smooth information flow and process alignment.
* Serve as a point of contact for questions related to process overviews, templates, and documentation.
* Support coordination tasks for the Global Operations Director of Projects and the broader transformation team in urgent or time-sensitive matters.
