The answer is simple: by reinventing ourselves every day and providing a home with diverse career opportunities to the best talent and most creative minds all over the world. And by giving you the chance to make an impact in business and society. BCG stands for authenticity, exceptional work, and strong integrity. Once you’ve become part of the Group, we’ll help you find your path, unleash your potential, effect change, and advance the world. What You’ll Do We have an opening for a flexible, dynamic HR Operations Junior Specialist to join our Germany and Austria (G&A) HR Services team (temporary position for 13 months). A significant part of the administrative execution is handled by our HR Shared Service Center, while you ensure high‑quality coordination, follow‑up, and case handling. You will work with modern, digital HR tools such as Workday, Adobe Sign and DocuWare and you will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance across systems and processes. The field of activities within our G&A HR Operations team is as diverse as our employees. With your professional and above‑average service mindset, you will act as a direct contact for employees and other HR teams, assisting them with frequently asked general questions regarding part‑time work, maternity/parental leave, and changes in personal information or status, in addition to employees’ individual questions. You’ll perform the above‑mentioned tasks with the support of and in close collaboration with the colleagues in your team and the Centers of Expertise. You win over our internal clients and stakeholders with your above‑average service orientation and diplomatic tact. You’re good at solving problems and have the patience and perseverance it takes to do so. You’re flexible, motivated, and hard‑working, and keep a cool head even in difficult situations, including in highly dynamic, complex environments. You have a structured working style and enjoy coordinating tasks across different stakeholders and systems. You have a knack for building relationships and are a team player to the core, acting as a role model within the team. Absolute integrity, trustworthiness, and a strong sense of responsibility are a matter of course for you. You Bring (experience And Qualifications) You have successfully completed a (vocational) college degree, ideally with a focus on human resources. First experience in HR—preferably in the fields of HR operations, HR service, or HR administration—in medium‑size and large matrix organizations in a service‑oriented work environment is a plus. You have a good sense and understanding of processes, numbers, and data. Experience working with cloud‑based HR tools (Workday) is a plus. You have experience using the MS Office package. Your written and spoken German and English language skills are excellent. Who You’ll Work With Collaboration in our team is characterized by mutual support, a lively exchange of experiences, strong trust, and a good dose of humor. Integrity is our highest priority. You will also always be able to draw on the experience of your coworkers. Additional Info WHAT WE OFFER YOU: GROUP SPIRIT In the spirit of the Group, we’re so much more than our daily business.
