In your role as Business Intelligence Consultant, you play a central role in making Region West a truly data‑driven organization. You ensure that meaningful analytics, transparent reporting, and high‑quality data form the foundation for commercial steering across our region. Together with international teams, you embed data‑driven decision making at every level - contributing to a more efficient, more connected, and more insightful organization.
* You will lead the Business Intelligence roadmap of Region Western Europe, hereby you ensure that we develop the right dashboards and work together with department heads to drive the usage rate in their teams, especially in sales.
* Ensure high‑quality master data by collaborating closely with development teams in the sales countries and head quarter, i.e., data modelling and backend work on customer, product, sales, and other commercial data.
* Create dashboards, analytics models, and insights (primarily in Salesforce CRMA+) that empower Sales, Country Management, and the regional leadership team.
* Support the local BI developers in Austria, Belgium, and the Netherlands by providing functional guidance on requirements, KPI definitions, and dashboard development
* Develop country-specific dashboards using shared datasets and harmonized KPIs for Italy, Switzerland, and the Nordics.
* Maintain and enhance running dashboards, for example by bug fixes, UX improvements, KPI updates
What makes us successful together
* Qualifications: You hold a bachelor degree in Data Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or a comparable field
* Experience: You have solid professional experience with at least 5 years as a BI Consultant
* Know-how: Strong expertise with BI front-end tools and data platforms, such as Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, QlikView, Salesforce, and CRM Analytics+
* Nice to have: You are familiar with data governance, data harmonization, and commercial processes across sales, marketing, service, and supply
* Personality: You are empathetic and skilled at working together with cross country teams in a dynamic environment. Highly motivated to build excellent product and user experience.
* Language: You communicate fluently in English; additional European languages are an advantage
