Position:
Senior Information Security Manager (m/f/d), unlimited, full-time. Locations: Berlin, Münster, Amsterdam, Heerenveen, Verl, Luxembourg - flexible options available.
Role Overview:
As part of our CISO's Consulting team, this role strengthens our second line of defense by managing and updating our information security framework, including documentation, controls, risk management, awareness, and metrics.
Responsibilities:
1. Requirement Management: Collaborate with Legal to review authority documents, maintaining Riverty's requirements register on information security.
2. Control Framework: Maintain and update the standardized control framework, oversee change management, and ensure effective communication.
3. Documentation Framework: Ensure accurate reflection of security controls in policies, standards, and instructions.
4. Business Consulting: Support and guide the first line of defense on internal and external security requirements.
5. Risk Management: Participate in risk assessments and support ICT risk lifecycle management.
6. Awareness & Outreach: Develop campaigns to promote security culture and ensure employee engagement.
7. Metrics Framework: Maintain and connect data sources for security metrics and reporting.
Qualifications:
* University degree in (business) computer science, business administration, or equivalent.
* At least 7 years of professional experience in information security, ideally internationally.
* Recognized security certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
* Strong knowledge of risk assessment, security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001), and ICT compliance regulations.
* Deep understanding of IT landscapes, especially cloud (Azure) and agile development.
* Excellent English communication and proficiency in German.
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and focused on enabling others.
