Your profile
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, International Management, or Engineering.
* Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word practitioner.
* Strong Analytical skills.
* Willingness to work in an international team.
* Strong communication skills and motivated team-player.
* Structured and well-organized working style.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken) German as plus.
Your tasks
* Support the planning, coordination, and execution of the annual customer satisfaction survey in close collaboration with Project Owners.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to collect required inputs, data, and feedback for survey setup and execution.
* Track, follow up on, and analyze survey participation rates across markets and stakeholders.
* Assist with troubleshooting and stakeholder support in case of questions or issues during the survey process.
* Support Project Managers in the execution and coordination of ongoing strategic and operational projects.
* Prepare documentation, presentations, and status updates for project-related activities.
* Conduct other ad-hoc tasks as required.
