Job Description As Contract Manager Services (m|f|d), you are the primary point of contact for all contract management-related queries within the Service department. You oversee the coordination and clarification of contract content across the organization. You are responsible for designing and implementing contracts—ranging from individual agreements to comprehensive contractual frameworks and service packages—in coordination with customers. In close collaboration with Service Management, Marketing, and Legal departments, you integrate these offerings into the company's broader business relationships. You work closely with customers and our sales team to ensure their requirements are met. You foster strong, customer-oriented collaborations (especially with key accounts) by tailoring service contracts to specific needs. You review service terms and conditions and identify potential risks in cooperation with our Legal team.
