Job Summary
Managing Management of the training center
This role requires on-site presence in HOF 1–2 days per week and involves approximately 30% travel within Germany, Switzerland, and other Eastern European countries.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Professional and disciplinary management of the product trainer team (training center), administrative support staff and leading a team of 5.
2. Staff deployment and resource planning according to current needs
3. Implementation of personnel development measures (trainer training)
4. Instruction of trainers in new procedures and equipment
5. Conducting market monitoring and analyses
6. Development of training and course concepts
7. Instruction of trainers in new courses to be conducted
8. Creation and regular updating/adaptation of training materials
9. Active delivery of courses
10. Acquisition of new customers and provision of consultations to existing customers
11. Acceptance of fall protection equipment
12. Conducting expert inspections of personal protective equipment (PPE) against falls from a height
REQUIRED SKILLS FOR SUCCESS
13. Requires knowledge and skills acquired through advanced qualifications as a Master Craftsman or Business Administrator, or through relevant vocational training of at least three years plus extensive additional subject-specific qualification
14. Strong management skills.
15. Experience in sales.
16. Fluency in English & German is must (Spanish good to have)
17. HSE background is a plus.
