About the Role
We are seeking a talented professional to take on the challenge of Freelance Talent Acquisition Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire high-quality freelancers who can contribute to our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Talent Sourcing: Identify and recruit top talent from various sources, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
* Paid Media Campaigns: Design and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok, to reach and engage with potential freelancers.
* Funnel Management: Develop and optimize a scalable talent funnel that converts leads into active freelancers, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
* Conversion Optimization: Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates, reduce costs, and increase ROI.
* Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand by creating authentic messaging and content that resonates with freelancers, showcasing our company culture and values.
* Content Creation: Collaborate with our recruiting team to develop high-quality content, including landing pages, email campaigns, and social media posts, to attract and engage with potential freelancers.
* Data Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
Requirements:
* Background: A degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. What matters most is your hands-on experience and results-driven approach.
* Relevant Experience: 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or recruitment marketing, with a proven track record of success in executing paid media campaigns and lead nurturing.
* KPI Orientation: Strong understanding of KPI analysis and ability to make data-driven decisions.
* Languages: Proficient in English (C1 level) and German (C1 level), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
