Junior Manager Influencer Relations and Talent Management (f/m/d)
To support our Influencer Relations team we are searching for a Junior Manager Influencer Relations and Talent Management (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Support the global Talents Team on daily business across all categories: Womenswear, Menswear, Kidswear, Life
* Establish own relationships with relevant contacts, such as agencies, talents, stylists, photographers etc.
* Research emerging talents
* Create talent proposals for brand partnerships
* Events support incl. guestlist creation, facebook, logistics, dressing
* In charge of sample management for both gifted and loaned product
* Conduct weekly and monthly reportings
WHO YOU ARE
* High affinity and passion for luxury fashion, influencers and Social Media landscape
* Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury fashion, preferably in influencer relations
* Excellent communication skills and an open and positive attitude
* You are team-oriented, well-structured and you can work concentrated under time pressure
* You organize your tasks with care and you are an independent and responsible person
* You have a creative mind-set and enjoy coming up with new ideas/concepts
* Very good English knowledge both verbally and in writing
