A high-growth European fintech is looking for a Senior Manager, Treasury to take ownership of its Treasury Management System (TMS) and play a key role in modernising its global treasury operations.

🔍 The Role
You’ll be the go-to expert for all things TMS, leading its implementation, development and ongoing optimisation. This is a strategic, hands-on role where you’ll shape processes, deliver impactful reporting, and partner with senior stakeholders across the business.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Leading and administering the Treasury Management System
* Managing treasury-related projects across the organisation
* Improving processes and enhancing operational efficiency
* Creating meaningful reporting and analytics for treasury and wider teams
* Supporting liquidity management, cash forecasting and payment flows
* Overseeing bank account administration, user permissions and compliance (KYC/FATCA)
* Collaborating with directors and stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives
🎯 What We’re Looking For
* Strong experience implementing and managing a TMS
* Proven project management skills
* Treasury background in fintech or payments (c. 3–5 years)
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Comfortable working independently and driving initiatives forward
* Strong communication skills in English and German
* Tech-savvy-familiar with tools like SAP S/4Hana, SharePoint, MTeams
