With annual raw milk deliveries exceeding 1.3 billion kilograms, Meierei Barmstedt eG is one of the largest dairy processing companies in Germany. Senior IT Administrator (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
* Administration of virtualized (VMWare) Windows servers
* Management and coordination of IT projects and service providers
* Administration of the local network infrastructure (Aruba, Sophos, HPE)
* Administration of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online)
* Supporting users with IT issues
* Monitoring the infrastructure (Zabbix)
* Creating, expanding, and maintaining IT documentation
* Administration of the telephone system (3CX)
Your Profile
* Completed vocational training, e.g., as an IT specialist in system integration, IT systems electronics technician (m/f/d), or a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience in IT administration, ideally in a comparable senior position
* Experience in the administration of Windows servers and Active Directory
* Knowledge of network technology (VLANs, routing, firewalls)
* Experience in Linux server administration (Debian/Ubuntu)
* Experience in IT security; knowledge of NIS2, BSI Basic Protection, or ISOis desirable
* Experience in virtualization (VMware vSphere)
* Basic scripting skills
* Good written and spoken German, as well as basic English skills (especially for understanding technical documentation)
* Class B driver’s license
