Become part oft he team as Senio Data Scientist (m/f/d) at the Ingelheim location – a livable and lovable city in the heart of Rheinhessen – and take on an exiting nad responsible full-time position (37,5 hours/week) in a dynamic environment.
Start date: 01.02.2026 – 12-month fixed-term contract
Compensation: above standard pay scale – please state your desired salary.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
As a Senior Data Scientist (m/f/d), you will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative, data-driven solutions. Your main responsibilities include:
* Leading the delivery of successful, business- and customer-focused data analytics solutions.
* Applying high-quality and cutting-edge analytical approaches to solve complex problems and drive smart decision-making processes. You will leverage your strong expertise in data science to continuously optimize the data analytics framework.
* Managing and overseeing data science activities within data management operations, including monitoring data science models in production and conducting continuous data reviews.
What qualifications should you have?
* Educational Background: A Master’s or PhD degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Computer Science, or Bioinformatics.
* Programming Skills: At least 6 years of experience in relevant programming languages such as R and Python.
* Statistical Expertise: Advanced understanding of modern statistical concepts related to Data Science.
* Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex data problems and develop innovative solutions that create business value.
* Results Orientation: Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering data-driven projects.
* Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical results to diverse audiences.
