Working Student Global Compliance (f/m/d)
We are currently looking for a Working Student – Global Compliance to join the Employee Integrity & Compliance Investigations Team. The position will be based in our Frankfurt office.
About the Job
The Employee Integrity & Compliance Investigations Team is responsible for advising employees and the business on all aspects of the firm’s Code of Ethics. This includes topics such as the management of conflicts of interest, employee securities transactions, and gift & entertainment requests by the business.
In addition, the team supports and delivers training on regulatory topics and plays a key role in monitoring compliance of employee and business activities with the principles and rulesets of the firm.
As a Working Student, you will support the team’s daily activities and contribute to monitoring processes, projects, and digitalisation initiatives within the compliance function.
What you do
* Assist the team with monitoring the team’s hotline and inbox for Code of Ethics–related questions and topics
* Monitor various processes and activities by performing checks and assessments of system flags and alerts
* Support and assist team members in ongoing projects
* Contribute to digitalisation initiatives and AI-driven process enhancements.
What you bring
* Enrolled student in Legal, Business, Economics, or a comparable field of study
* Fluency in English is required; fluency in German is a plus, additional languages are highly beneficial
* Basic knowledge of financial services and different types of securities
* Strong familiarity with process automation and AI capabilities
* Practical experience in Legal or Compliance is beneficial
* Basic skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices.
