What you can look forward to: Supporting the acquisition of international Alternative Residential financing transactions, as well as structuring, negotiating, and closing new real estate loans (across Europe, Asia, Australia, and North America) Analyzing and reviewing financing transactions through property, market, cash flow, and credit analyses Preparing credit applications for the Management Board, as well as loan and collateral documentation Reviewing Alternative Residential financing opportunities generated by other branches What we look for: Bachelor's degree from a renowned international university Relevant professional experience in real estate valuation, asset management, real estate investment, or development, with a focus on Alternative Residential and/or hospitality assets in an international environment Expertise in preparing feasibility studies or structuring commercial real estate loans Sound experience in coordinating and structuring real estate transaction processes in the context of debt financing and/or equity investments Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
