Regional Sales Manager (Germany)

A leading global Manufacturer in the construction equipment sector is expanding its presence in Germany & Across Europe. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales performance, develop our dealer network, and increase market share within the assigned territory.
* Salary range: €70,000 – €90,000 gross/year
* Performance-based bonus: 16%
* Company car, fuel card, laptop, and phone
* Full reimbursement of travel expenses

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop a strong network of dealers and partners across the region
* Drive sales growth for the company’s product portfolio, with a focus on wheel loaders and excavators
* Deliver sales training, product demonstrations, and commercial support to dealer sales teams
* Monitor dealer KPIs and market performance, providing recommendations for improvement
* Conduct regular dealer and customer visits to strengthen relationships and assess needs
* Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, service) to ensure customer satisfaction
* Represent the company at trade shows, demo events, and industry forums
* Provide competitive insights and local market intelligence to support strategic planning
Your Profile
* Minimum 5 years of experience in construction equipment or heavy machinery sales
* Proven track record in dealer management and regional commercial development
* Fluent in German, with strong English skills
* Autonomous, field-focused, and customer-oriented
* Willing to travel extensively across Germany (approximately 50–70%)
* When not traveling, able and willing to work from or around the Hamburg offices
The ideal candidate will have a long and proven track record in heavy machinery Sales, Construction Machinery or Plant Equipment.
