ZIB is the central IT service provider for the justice system in Lower Saxony and is responsible for a modern IT infrastructure with around 23,500 clients. Together with our 400 colleagues, we also run numerous digitization projects for a modern justice system.
To strengthen our team in the area 3104 - Windows Server, Fabric, Containerization, Storage & Backup, we are looking for the Celle location at the earliest possible date for a
System Administrator System Management (f/m/d)
Your tasks:
* As part of the team, you will operate parts of the IT infrastructure used in the Lower Saxony judiciary based on solutions from Microsoft, Netapp, FSAS, RedHat, Citrix, Veeam and others
* Collaboration on IT projects, e.g. the introduction of new technologies, the modernization of existing infrastructures or the implementation of automation and cloud solutions
What sets you apart:
* A relevant university degree (e.g. computer science) or equivalent skills and experience
* good knowledge of virtualization technologies and modern operating systems
* Ideally, you have previous knowledge of cloud platforms and/or containerization platforms based on Kubernetes or RedHat OpenShift
* We would also welcome experience in automating recurring tasks and processes in the Windows Server environment using Ansible
* Ability to work in a team, initiative and service orientation as well as perfect German and good English skills
* German language skills corresponding to level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages and IT-standard English language skills
The willingness to carry out a security check in accordance with § 7 para. 1 of the Nds.
