Process Applications Lead (m/f/d) IT
Your responsibilities
1. Analyze, redesign, and optimize business processes using process mining and modeling tools.
2. Develop innovative process solutions aligned with strategic business goals.
3. Identify and implement automation and digitalization opportunities.
4. Ensure accurate process documentation and platform governance.
5. Configure and continuously improve process management and mining tools to increase transparency and performance.
6. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to integrate process applications seamlessly.
7. Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting within process mining solutions.
8. Lead cross-functional initiatives to deploy and enhance process applications.
9. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at high quality.
10. Act as the central interface between business and technical teams.
11. Promote a culture of process excellence and digital transformation.
12. Facilitate workshops and trainings on process mining and modeling tools.
Your profile
13. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
14. Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in process management, digital transformation, or application implementation.
15. Technical Expertise: Solid experience in establishing and operating a mature process mining and modeling setup, ideally with Celonis and BIC Cloud or comparable tools.
16. Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of process modeling standards such as BPMN and APQC.
17. Automation & Integration: Familiarity with automation technologies, system integrations, and digital workflows.
18. Industry Background: Experience in regulated environments (e.g. ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 11) is a strong advantage.
19. Soft Skills: Analytical and structured mindset with strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
20. Languages: Fluent English required.
