Technician (m/f/d) Control Center
Wind Multiplikator – powered by Semco Maritime – is THE full-service provider for offshore wind projects. We offer a wide range of services, from small campaigns to complete O&M services. Our core competencies are the management and maintenance of offshore wind farms, as well as the turnkey replacement and repair of major components using our jack-up vessels.

Drive the energy transition forward – Start your career in our modern Control Center right next to the Port of Emden and take on the exciting responsibility for the operational management and monitoring of our onshore and offshore wind farms!
Your tasks
* In this central role, you are the first point of contact for fault reports and remote troubleshooting of wind turbines.
* You also carry out high-voltage switching operations and ensure that all operational data is reliably recorded and quickly forwarded to the appropriate departments.
* You monitor the sea area around the offshore wind farms, communicate with vessels via marine radio, and thus make an important contribution to nautical safety.
* You are also involved in coordinating personnel transfers and maintain direct contact with helicopter pilots.
* In emergency management, you’re always one step ahead – fast, efficient, and focused on ensuring safe operations at all times.

Your profile
* Your Qualfication: You have completed technical training (e.g., as a technician or master craftsman) or have a comparable qualification through many years of professional experience in a technical field.
* Troubleshooting experience: You bring hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining industrial systems and are familiar with the necessary technical procedures.
* Willingness to work shifts: You are ready to work in a flexible 24/7 shift system and can quickly and confidently adapt to demanding situations.
* Responsibility: You enjoy taking responsibility, work independently, and make well-informed decisions to ensure smooth operations.
* Language skills: You communicate confidently in German and English (at least B2 level) to collaborate effectively with international partners and colleagues.
