Your Role
As a Partner at Genioo, you will have a unique opportunity to oversee, manage, and develop a set of core accounts within leading global pharmaceutical and biotech companies. You will serve as a true leader of our client relationships, shape client work, and develop a practice with our talented, internationally minded people. You will partner with life sciences leaders to realize critical strategic priorities, support client transformation, and help deliver outstanding projects. You will play a key role in business development, bring our innovative offerings to market, and lead client engagement alongside senior leaders in our collaborative environment. The current internal title for this role is "Vice President Client Service."
What You’ll Do
* Take responsibility for developing a book of business of roughly 5‑8 million Euro.
* Own performance targets for assigned accounts and work with internal teams to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
* Lead the client development and engagement process for large‑scale transformation programmes to C‑level and senior client executives.
* Develop account plans based on the client’s needs, involving senior leadership and implement and monitor them with rigor.
* Implement strategies for a number of major accounts to deliver meaningful impact for the client and sustainable growth for Genioo.
* Accountable for client development, opportunity management, and client delivery in assigned accounts.
* Create long‑lasting, trust‑based relationships with C‑level and senior client executives, modelling Genioo’s Client for Life mindset and approach.
* Coach and support the team to identify, win, and deliver consulting opportunities.
* Ensure overall quality delivery and success embedding Genioo QA processes.
Who You Are
* 15‑25 years of professional experience, including 8+ years in consulting and previous experience selling consulting projects.
* Strategy consulting experience in Life Science, Biotech or Pharma from a top‑5 consulting company (such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Accenture).
* Held a line‑management/operational role at a Life Sciences company.
* Operational experience delivering consulting in multiple functional areas including Commercial, TechOps, Procurement, R&D & Digital.
* A track record of client development and managing a book of business.
* A natural leader with the ability to influence, delegate, hold others accountable and collaborate with staff and colleagues at all levels.
* A strong self‑starter with an excellent grasp of financial and other drivers of our business.
* Will add to our culture and values with a collaborative, caring spirit while striving to exceed client expectations and bring joy to clients and colleagues.
* Eager to join a small company and have the entrepreneurial enthusiasm to build a cutting‑edge business and change the way companies do project work.
* Excited by category creation and have experience designing or delivering a new consulting model.
* Enjoy working onsite at clients and willing to travel up to 80%.
