* The successful candidate will oversee planning and execution of base maintenance checks, ensuring optimal resource allocation and project delivery.
This role requires the ability to manage a team, plan and coordinate projects, and maintain performance dashboards.
* Maintaining accurate KPIs is crucial in this position.
* A thorough understanding of Part 145 regulations is required.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and analytical skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
* Candidates with knowledge of AMOS software will be given preference.
The successful candidate will work full-time in Sandweiler, Luxembourg, as an exempt employee with autonomy and decision-making responsibilities.
