Our client is a Global Market Leader, selling their products to multiple industries. Due to their aggressive growth, they are searching for a Global Director of Commercial (Sales) Excellence:
Responsibilities
· You will be responsible for managing the Excellence Team globally
· You will be setting the Strategy and looking at how to increase the excellence in the sales side of the business
· You will be working with the different departments of the business to implement this strategy
· You will be working closely with the C-level Management Team
. You will be designing and optimising the tools / processes and best practice throughout the business
Qualifications
· Must speak fluent English and good German
. Must have solid experience in Sales Excellence
. Must have solid management experience
. Degree in any commercial / technical field
. Experience in working in a global company is a nice to have
