Your Mission
* As Head of Quality, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of quality management, quality assurance, and quality control.
* You will be responsible for quality controls, initial sample inspections, and assembly approvals.
* You will evaluate the quality of assemblies and make informed decisions in the event of quality deviations.
* You will make targeted use of problem‑solving methods such as Ishikawa or 8D reports.
* You will manage ESD management, including measurements, training, and calibrations.
* You will analyze and evaluate complaints and initiate sustainable corrective measures.
* You will actively participate in the further development and maintenance of our management system.
* You create, maintain, and manage QA‑specific documentation.
* You lead, train, and develop your team both professionally and personally.
* You plan and accompany internal and external audits and ensure that quality targets and budgets are met.
Your Profil
* You have a degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field) or a comparable qualification.
* You have at least 5 years of professional and management experience in quality management.
* You have in-depth knowledge of quality methods and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001).
* You have a good command of written and spoken English.
* You impress with your strong communication skills, decisiveness, and ability to work in a team.
* You act on your own initiative, are responsible, and think entrepreneurially.
