Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer - Low Voltage Components (Germany Focus)
The ideal candidate for this position will be a driven and resourceful individual with experience in the industry. They will be responsible for obtaining and expanding the company's business relationships in our key international markets. The candidate must have a solid technical understanding of low-voltage components, coupled with a sociable and outgoing personality to build rapport with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
* Work closely with and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers across international markets.
* Provide expert technical support and solutions to clients.
* Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
* Manage the entire order process, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues.
* Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
* Collect and report on market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform company strategy.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or above (full-time) in International Trade, Marketing, Electrical Engineering and Automation, or a related field.
* Ideal candidates will be Chinese nationals with permanent residency status, or foreign nationals proficient in Mandarin Chinese.
* 2+ years of relevant international sales experience, preferably in low-voltage components, electrical equipment, or electronic products.
* Solid technical knowledge of products such as circuit breakers, contactors, and familiarity with international certifications (e.g., CE/UL/VDE).
* Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent proficiency in English and German is essential for this role.
* Ability to work under pressure, adapt to new challenges, and undertake frequent international travel.
