Senior Strategic Leader
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing, proposing and implementing medium-term plans, budgets and strategies with subsidiary CEOs.
* Participating in Boards of Directors or management councils for subsidiaries.
* Representing shareholder interests and ensuring compliance with local governance standards and regulations.
* Aligning subsidiary CEOs with group strategy as a member of the RemCo of different subsidiaries.
* Validating budgets and strategic orientations of subsidiaries to ensure alignment with group priorities.
* Collaborating with Finance & Controlling for budget establishment and monitoring.
* Identifying synergies across subsidiaries and exploring external partnership opportunities.
* Driving technological partnerships and internal/external commercial alliances for new market opportunities.
* Supervising the development of marketing/commercial strategies with subsidiary CEOs.
Requirements include:
* A master's degree or equivalent professional qualification in Economy, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
* At least 5 years of work experience in a similar function and/or operational management.
* Demonstrated experience in financial oversight at a strategic level.
* Strong governance and board-level exposure, with knowledge of governance standards.
* Successful track record in leading cross-functional teams, including CEO-level interactions.
* Experience with mergers & acquisitions and change management is highly desirable.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French or German.
