Are you detail-oriented and passionate about ensuring smooth operational processes in a global environment? Mitsui Chemicals Europe GmbH, the EMEA headquarters of one of the world’s leading chemical groups, is looking for a reliable and motivated coordinator to strengthen our Production, Procurement & Inventory Management team.
What You’ll Do
- Help maintain accurate recording and reconciliation of production and inventory data in SAP
- Support monthly closing, stock-taking, and cost-related processes
- Check invoices and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in providing data accuracy for reporting, controlling, and compliance

What We’re Looking For
- Background in business, supply chain, or a related field
- Three years of experience in a similar operational or administrative role
- Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style
- Good SAP R3 and Excel skills
- Fluent in English and German
