Aufgaben:
· Einholen und Auswerten von Angeboten für den nationalen und internationalen Transport von Aufträgen
· Auftragsvergabe, Terminabsprache mit in– und externen Kunden und Speditionen
· Rechnungserstellung
· Erstellung der entsprechenden Versandunterlagen und Zolldokumente
· Überwachen der termin– und sachgerechten Auftragsabwicklung
· Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung der Speditionsrechnungen
· Schadenbearbeitung bei Transportschäden
Profil:
· Abgeschlossene 3-jährige Berufsausbildung zum/r Speditionskaufmann/-frau, Industriekaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbarer Abschluss; mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
· Berufserfahrung hinsichtlich Zoll-, Ex– und Import wünschenswert
· Gute Englischkenntnisse
· Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
