Job Description The duration of this role is fixed, and the contract will have a length of 18 months As Onsite Manager you act as an interface between central business function and local Shop teams. You ensure that our business strategy is translated and brought to live within our onsite marketing efforts. In your role, you will take over two main areas of onsite marketing and thus cover major aspects of conversion rate optimization: Operational planning and steering of onsite measures for multinational campaigns Management of AB Testing and Personalization, enabling us to constantly learn and improve Besides, the continuous success measurement of previously realized onsite measures through analysis tools is part of your work; as well as the preparation and presentation of corresponding data material. Your Tasks Lead execution and improvement of the onsite marketing strategy together with different business functions like CRM, Sales, Campaign Planning Team as well as local shop teams ensuring a consistent and a personalized customer experience Conception, execution and evaluation of AB testing and personalization campaigns together with responsible business stakeholders using Tools like Adobe Target, Contentful, Optimizely or Telium Manage onsite activities effectively by ensuring processes are lived, priorities are clear and followed and an overall governance is in place Manage regular cross-functional sessions to collect, shape, prioritize and implement use cases for onsite personalization within given overall business strategy and priorities Foster synergies across zooplus' teams by sharing valuable learnings and applying best practices. Set-up holistic experience reporting with suitable key metrics, leveraging tools like Adobe Analytics
