As a student working as a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide basic support and assistance to ensure a positive customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain valuable work experience while balancing their academic commitments.
What will you do?
1. Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Upload invoices into customers EDI platforms
3. Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and problem resolution.
4. Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors as needed.
5. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
6. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
7. Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
10. Fluent in German and English languages
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
12. Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
13. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
14. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
