Our mission is to save lives, reduce costs, and make critical disaster information accessible precisely when it’s needed most.Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic plans for expanding Mayday.ai’s footprint in Germany.Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company standards.Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, first responders, and industry partners.Drive revenue growth through identifying and pursuing business development opportunities.Collaborate with the executive team to align German operations with overall company strategy.Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve organizational goals.Monitor and manage the financial performance of German operations, optimizing for profitability and sustainability.Represent Mayday.ai in public forums, conferences, and industry events to strengthen our presence in the German market.Qualifications:Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.10+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a strong preference for experience in disaster management, emergency response, technology, or a related field.Proven track record of successfully managing operations and driving growth in a similar role.Strong understanding of the German market and familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to disaster management and emergency response.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to foster strong relationships with government agencies, partners, and clients.Proficiency in German and English is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
