The EMEA Warehouse Leader is responsible for all warehousing activities within the EMEA region.
The key purpose of the role is to ensure the efficient, safe and cost-effective flow of goods throughout the network as well as maintaining and managing accurate inventory and stock levels. As a member of the Spare Parts department, s/he is expected to be a team player in the continual improvement of the service.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
▪Manage all internal logistics
▪Define strategy for warehousing in EMEA
▪Define and follow EMEA Warehouse management KPI´s
▪Manage and drive Customer Satisfaction levels
▪Enable customer operations through spare parts availability and management
▪Manage the continual improvement: centralization, alignment and standardization of SP end to end processes
▪Collaborate with all other teams within the Spare Parts team
▪Be the primary point of escalation for all warehouse locations, mainly in Germany and UK but also the other ‘consolidations units’ within the region.
▪Manage warehousing partners to ensure that KPIs are met, and service levels are at the highest level
▪Ensure availability of parts throughout the network
Your Qualifications
Technical competences:

▪Experience of warehousing operations and inventory management
