Your tasks and responsibilities Analyse existing engineering processes and identify use cases for generative AI to enhance daily business. Conceive, create, and implement specialized AI assistants to support tasks like onboarding new employees, researching certification regulations (E.g. EASA/FAA), or summarizing technical documents. Develop a structured storage and distribution concept for the created AI tools to ensure easy and intuitive use within the team. Conduct interviews and workshops with the department's engineers to understand their requirements and develop tailored AI solutions. Create usage guidelines and best practices to ensure a responsible and effective application of the AI tools. Desired skills and qualifications Enrolled full-time student in Engineering (e.g. Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering), Computer Science or a comparable field of study Strong enthusiasm and high motivation for artificial intelligence, new technologies, and their practical application beyond the casual use of chatbots. Fluent in German and English Analytical mindset and the ability to understand complex processes and identify potential for optimization. Structured, independent way of working and strong communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders.
