WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Obtain necessary customs documents and supplier declarations
* Prepare customs invoices and all other export-related documents for customer orders
* Create export declarations via ATLAS
* Classify/tariff goods
* Handle all inquiries regarding customs clearance issues or delays
* Collaborate with shipping service providers and customs authorities worldwide
WHO YOU ARE
* Completed vocational training (e.g. training as a foreign trade clerk, forwarding agent) or a comparable qualification
* Initial professional experience in customs
* Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
* Solid knowledge of MS Office
* Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Dynamics Navision is an advantage
* Conscientious handling of customer data, sense of responsibility, and reliability
