YOUR TASKS
1. Serve as the key interface between the IT department and various business areas within the company, emphasizing strong relationship management
2. Manage business partners with transparency, effective communication, and fluency, prioritizing business needs and IT alignment
3. Handle demands from different company areas, develop business cases, and present them at IT project portfolio meetings, ensuring alignment with business objectives
4. Oversee the management and control of overarching IT programs, with a focus on business impact and value delivery
5. Plan internal and external resources for demand analysis coordinating with IT departments, business units, and external service providers to meet business requirements
6. Generate innovative ideas to enhance business operations and drive innovation with agile teams, fostering collaboration between IT and business stakeholders
7. Having a clear understanding of the corporate strategy and aligning global needs with the capabilities and strategy of the IT department
YOUR PROFILE
8. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
9. Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT business relationship management, particularly in large organizations
10. Strong business process knowledge and understanding of business needs
11. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt language based on the audience and stakeholders, focusing on business outcomes
12. Proficient in analytical capabilities to assess business impact and value
13. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, German and\or Spanish is a plus
