Our client is an international Private Equity Real Estate company based in Düsseldorf. Headquartered in London, the company is a globally leading owner, manager and developer of Logistics & Light Industrial Real Estate.
Act as the point of contact for the team for internal and external stakeholders, identify where additional support can be given and help manage the demands of the team
Collate and produce high standard documents, including production and editing of PowerPoint presentations
Ensure office is compliant with regulations including first aid trained staff, evacuation procedures, health and safety, etc
Set up rooms appropriately for meetings, including ordering food, serving drinks, and following up on other requests
Assist with the planning of management meetings and senior management related events
Support organising business trips and asset tours
Experienced in Office Management and Team Assistant activities
A strong team player, able to both benefit from other individuals’ experience and, in turn, support the team
Basic knowledge of accounting and financial management is a plus
Fluency in German and English
