These businesses are in part supported by FFB, which administers €33bn of assets and not only provides platform services to external advisors but also offers shared services to some of the above channels. FFB is a regulated bank and therefore subject to regulatory requirements.About Your TeamThe Workplace Investing Operations department is part of global Workplace & Personal Financial Health business. Workplace Investing Germany has been established in 2006 to exploit the potential of defined contribution concepts and to position Fidelity as a leading full-service solution provider in the German pension market. Fidelity offers three main propositions to corporate clients in Germany: a value account plan (Lebensarbeitszeitkonten), a DC-type pension plan, and external funding of book reserves whether DB or DC via the Fidelity contractual trust arrangement. WI Operations is responsible for the onboarding of new clients as well as managing client changes, daily requests and administrative processes. The WI Operations team interacts with the Sales, Relationship, Legal, Marketing, FFB Operations Team within Fidelity and external providers for member administration.About Your RoleYou will be responsible for supporting clients and relationship directors in all sorts of questions regarding their existing value account and occupational pension schemes. Client orientation is key to this role. The overall goal is to ensure accuracy in the ongoing daily operational processes. A high level of ownership, excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan, supervise and control effectively is required.
