We are partnering with a global flow control business to appoint a Managing Director for its German valves operation. This is a high-impact role with full P&L ownership and a clear mandate to drive growth and performance.

The Role:

• Lead commercial strategy and revenue growth across key industrial sectors.
• Drive operational performance and margin improvement.
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team.
• Strengthen key customer relationships and expand market share.

The Candidate

• Proven MD / GM / BU leadership experience within valves, flow control, or engineered products.
• Strong track record of P&L delivery and growth.
• Blend of commercial and operational expertise.
• Experience in an international environment.
• Fluent German and English.
