【Key Responsibilities】
1. Lead development of immersive visual assets—high-fidelity stills, animations, real-time scenes, and VR/XR deployments—to convey product concepts effectively.
2. Collaborate closely with design teams to ensure visuals align with the creative intent and design direction.
3. Present visualizations during design reviews, collect feedback, and refine outputs accordingly.
4. Oversee project timelines, manage deliverables, and uphold high-quality standards throughout the visualization pipeline.
5. Mentor junior visual artists and promote best practices in 3D visualization, rendering, and real-time techniques.
6. Stay abreast of emerging tools and trends (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity, Vred, VR/XR tech)
【Qualifications & Skills】
1. Education: Bachelor’s or higher in Industrial/Automotive Design, Computer Graphics, Game Art, Animation, or similar.
2. Experience: Minimum 5–6 years in automotive visualization, real-time rendering, VR/XR, or game development contexts.
3. Technical Proficiency:
- Real-time engines: Unreal Engine, Unity.
- CG tools: Blender, VRED, 3ds Max, Maya, Substance Painter, Photoshop.
- Bonus: VR/XR device integration and interactive visualization.
- Additional pluses: Python scripting, Houdini, USD workflows .
4. Artistic Sense: Strong aesthetic judgment, mastery over lighting, composition, material realism, and storytelling.
5. Soft Skills: Excellent communicator, collaborative mindset, highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to mentor others.
