As a Senior Microsoft 365 Expert (m/f/d), you will contribute your specialist knowledge in one or more areas, such as Exchange/Lotus Notes, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Governance & Compliance, or Entra ID (Azure AD). You will design, implement, and operate solutions that promote collaboration, automate processes, and modernize IT infrastructures in a sustainable manner. Your new area of responsibility Technical consulting, design, and implementation of Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions Planning and execution of migrations to M365-based solutions (Exchange/Lotus Notes, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, EntraID, etc.) Development of security and compliance concepts in the M365 environment Support with architecture decisions and cloud governance Close collaboration with internal teams and customers – from analysis to go-live Conducting workshops and training courses for end users and specialist departments Knowledge transfer within the team What you bring to your new role Several years of practical experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and security components In-depth knowledge of M365 administration, automation (e.g., PowerShell), and hybrid scenarios. Understanding of cloud architectures, identity management, and modern workplace concepts. Consulting skills and strong communication skills—both on a technical and professional level.
