For our Luxury Fragrance Grouping with brands such as Tom Ford Beauty, Balmain Paris, Jo Malone London, Editions de Parfums Frederic Malle, Le Labo, and Kilian Paris, we are seeking a Brand Director DACH management (m/f/d). This role is responsible for the continuous development and optimization of these brands within the DACH region.
Brand Director Fragrances (m/f/d)
1. Define, drive, and execute the brand strategy for the DACH affiliate aligned with EMEA / Global strategies.
2. Ensure achievement of key brand rankings and market share objectives.
3. Develop marketing and sales strategies to maximize sell-through based on market demand.
4. Define the brand's go-to-market strategy across all channels.
5. Manage the brand's demand plan (12-month rolling forecast) ensuring sales drivers are complete and accurate.
6. Oversee the implementation of brand identity tools.
7. Ensure operational effectiveness and foster strong collaboration with partners.
8. Lead collaboration between the brand, commercial, digital commerce, and marketing teams to execute the brand strategy effectively.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and internal teams, including education and extended teams, to support brand growth and optimize the consumer journey locally.
10. Support the commercial department in sell-in and sell-out activities and develop relationships with local retailers.
11. Drive talent development through leadership, guidance, and management.
12. Motivate the team to achieve top business results.
13. Qualifications include several years of marketing experience in a global company, preferably in luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG sectors.
14. Management experience focusing on coaching and employee development.
15. Degree in business studies with emphasis on marketing, economics, or related fields.
16. Experience in brand management across trade, product, consumer marketing, and merchandising, ideally in retail or counter management.
17. Experience working in a complex, international environment.
18. Strong industry understanding and a network of distributors, retailers, agencies, and partners.
19. Experience with digital, social, and traditional media.
20. Fluent in German and English.
