What You Will Do
The Content Supply Chain involves creating, managing, and distributing content efficiently to meet marketing goals. It addresses challenges like inefficient workflows and poor resource tracking, aiming to optimize delivery from creation to customer.
We are seeking a Content Supply Chain Solution Consultant who will:
* Inspire customers to prefer Adobe’s Content Supply Chain solutions (Adobe GenStudio, Experience Manager, Workfront, Adobe Media tech) through presentations and demos.
* Exhibit thought leadership, lead complex discovery processes, and uncover customer needs independently.
* Develop and implement innovative solutions at executive levels, demonstrating how Adobe's solutions address business challenges.
* Build relationships internally at Adobe and with customer contacts up to C-Suite level.
* Communicate recommendations effectively during calls, presentations, and readouts for strategic accounts.
* Establish yourself as a technical partner and subject matter expert, providing expertise to customers.
* Show how solutions solve business challenges and lead evaluations.
* Manage ecosystem resources and possess proficient knowledge of relevant technologies to effectively position solutions against competitors.
What You Need to Succeed
* Strategic understanding of content as a service, content pipeline, management, and omni-channel delivery.
* Proven expertise and track record in technical sales of Enterprise SaaS, Cloud, Managed Services, Headless and Hybrid Web Content Management, digital asset management solutions.
* Familiarity with Work Management tools like Wrike, Asana.
* Experience selling or implementing enterprise Web content management or Workflow solutions, ideally AEM or Workfront.
* Knowledge of competitors like SiteCore, Magnolia, Contentful, Sprinklr, Wrike, Asana.
* Expertise in Web technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with Web infrastructure technologies.
* +4 years experience in digital business environments.
* Excellent German & English skills, both written and spoken.
* Strong interpersonal, presentation, listening, and problem-solving skills.
* Enthusiasm for digital applications and a collaborative mindset.
