Your area of responsibility:
In light of current transformations, organizations and their workforces are dependent on continuous development. In our research and teaching, we focus on how such learning and transformation processes can be designed as effectively as possible.
What to expect:
* Scientific collaboration on research projects, publications, lectures, and project proposals
* Qualification possible and desirable (doctorate or habilitation)
* Teaching (in accordance with HLehrVO) in the field of business education/human resources development, including supervision of student theses and internships
* Participation in international research conferences and networking
* Involvement in academic self-administration
Your requirements profile:
* You have a very good degree in education, psychology, social sciences, economics, or a comparable field (bachelor's AND master's degree or equivalent).
* You have relevant subject-specific and teaching skills for university teaching or are willing to acquire them.
* You are interested in issues relating to human resources and organizational development.
* You are intrinsically motivated, self-organized, structured, and conscientious.
* You have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* You have very good German and English language skills.
* You have good knowledge of empirical quantitative and/or qualitative research methods.
