We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Machining team as an intern. As a Machining intern, you will support hands-on continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, organization, and inventory management. This role offers exposure to scrap analysis, root cause determination, 5S improvement activities, and Kanban-based spare part management within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with scrap analysis and root cause determination activities Support 5S fixture improvements and workplace organization exercises Help develop and maintain spare-part Kanban procedures Evaluate machine failures to define possible preventative measures to increase OEE and reduce costs.
