Your Responsibilities As an Internal Communications Specialist (m/f/d), you will be responsible for developing and executing our global internal communications strategy, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely messaging across all DocuWare offices, and serving as a vital link between Marketing and other departments. Your responsibilities will include: Create and deliver impactful internal messaging from the C-Suite. You will Define and manage our internal communication tools (e.g. email, newsletters, Teams posts, and the intranet) to support our strategy. Oversee and monitor corporate communication channels in close collaboration with key departments. Organize, co-host, and manage internal quarterly events, support in crisis communications and distribute regular market insights (e.g. media coverage, trends, competitive analysis). Additionally, you will ensure alignment and collaboration with DocuWare Group affiliates. What you need to succeed A degree in Communications or a comparable qualification. Several years of practical experience, ideally in employee communications within global or large organizations. Experience working closely with senior executives and leadership teams. You are proactive and business-minded, take initiative to drive projects forward and identify opportunities for improvement, while maintaining a keen eye for detail and ensuring accuracy and high quality in all your work. A proven track record of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, staying organized and focused in a fast-paced environment.
