HR Internship Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our HR Business Partner team in General Services. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in day-to-day operations while actively contributing to various projects.
Main Responsibilities
* Support HR Business Partners in managing daily topics related to employees and managers
* Participate in various tasks as needed to gain exposure to different aspects of the function
* Assist with the coordination and follow-up of ongoing projects
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Curious and open-minded, with a willingness to learn and contribute
* High level of integrity and discretion when dealing with confidential information
* Ability to handle efficiently time schedules and tasks
* Detail-oriented and quality-focused in work
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Excellent communication skills in English; French and/or German is considered an asset
