My client is looking for a Chef De Partie for their Private Aviation Catering department.
If you have experience in dealing with high volume kitchens and love the hustle and bustle of a very busy section then I would like to hear from you!
A little about the role:
1. Ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards
2. preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
3. Supervision of team members when required
4. Cleaning and organization of all work areas to prevent cross-contamination
5. Implementation of the mise en place for all relevant meals
6. Assistance in the timely, efficient and successful processing of guest inquiries
7. Control of food quality and proper storage
8. Assistance in controlling costs, optimizing gross profit margins and achieving other financial or departmental goals
9. If necessary, support other departments and promote a good working atmosphere
10. Support the Head Chef/Sous Chef in training all employees to comply with all company regulations
11. Reporting maintenance needs, hygiene problems and hazards
12. Compliance with hotel safety, fire protection, health, occupational safety and food safety regulations
